Sometimes the world feels heavy.
And there can be a lot of pressure on your shoulders.
Here’s some tips from a former CEO (Ayman Al-Abdullah) that grew a company to $80+ million dollars per year on dealing with pressure.
1) Focus on what’s in front of you
When faced with pressure, ask yourself: "What is right in front of me that I can actually influence?"
Then rack up some small wins and build momentum.
2) How do you move a mountain?
You move a mountain by moving one pebble at a time, one stone at a time.
If you spend time too much time looking at the mountain, it’s going to overwhelm you.
Instead, just focus on one pebble (task), pick it up, and place it where it needs to go as best as you can.
By taking things one step by step, you can eventually move a HUGE mountain.
